We recognize the priceless contribution Jewish women make in helping to keeping our children Jewish. Experiencing Israel up close and personal is another way to accomplish this important mission. Traveling as a community of Jewish women will enrich and enhance your visit to Israel, our homeland.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance that covers all cancellations, delays, illness, lost luggage and more. There is a link on the left side of this page to Travel Guard (whom we recommend) or contact your insurance agent. To obtain the best coverage, you should purchase the insurance within 14 days of registering for the W2I Program.

Baggage Allowance:

For safety and convenience we ask that each participant limit themselves to only 1 piece of luggage (up to 40 lbs) and one carry on piece of luggage (up to 10 lbs) in accordance with airline regulations. Some airlines will charge you for a second suitcase. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passengers' belongings.

Payment Schedule

Upon registration on line, you need to pay a deposit of $500.
This is refundable up to 90 days prior to the group's departure *.
A second payment 50% of the package is due 90 days prior to departure.
Payment in full is due at least 60 days prior to departure.
Late payments will incur administrative fees.

* A portion of your payments are used for deposits for services and which may be non refundable. Oranim will refund the maximum amounts possible, but will not provide a breakdown the deposits.

Cancellations:

If for any reason you cancel your tour, we will charge cancellation fees based on how far in advance of the trip you notify us. Cancellation fees are not imposed to punish, we try hard to keep them as low as possible. They represent a very real combination of administrative expenses, forgone economic opportunities and non-recoverable deposits.

Dates Charge
Up to 90 days before departure No charges *
90 - 60 days before departure $500
60 - 30 days prior to departure $1000
30 days to date of departure No refunds

* A portion of your payments are used for deposits for services which may be non refundable. This is specifically due to airline charges to hold seats. If the deposit for seats on the group flight is non-refundable, we will not be able to return that portion of your deposit.

In case of cancellation during the trip, no refund will be given for unused services and all expenses and all costs relating to returning the participant to his or her home will be the sole responsibility of the participnt.
